IBPS Vacancies announced

IBPS RRB Recruitment 2020: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official IBPS RRB Notification PDF 2020 for the CRP RRBs-IX recruitment of vacancies to the posts of Officer Scale-I, II & III and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). The IBPS RRB PO/Clerk Application Process begins from 1 July 2020.

IBPS clerk 2017 recruitment notification (CWE CLERKS-VII) released

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) on Wednesday issued a notification (CWE CLERKS-VII) for recruitment to clerical posts in participating banks.
The notification to fill up more than 7,880 vacant posts can be viewed on the IBPS’s official website. Interested candidates need to apply for the examination, which would be held in two phases: preliminary and main. Those who clear the preliminary examination will be eligible to appear in the main. Those who pass the main exam will be provisionally allotted to one of the participating banks.
The online registration process begins on September 12, and will continue till October 3, 2017. The preliminary examination will be held on December 2, 3, 9 and 10. The results of the preliminary examination will be declared in December. The main examination will be held on January 21, 2018. Exam pattern
The preliminary examination will be of one-hour duration, with three sections carrying 100 marks for 100 questions. Candidates will get one hour to solve them. To be successful, one needs to qualify in each of the three sections by securing the cut-off marks set by the IBP.
a. Preliminary Examination : Composite time of 1 hour

Total 100 
Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for online Main examination.
 
The main examination will have four sections carrying a total of 200 marks for 190 questions, and candidates will get two hours and 40 minutes to solve them.
There will be a penalty for wrong answers in objective tests pertaining to the preliminary and the main examinations. One-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted for each wrong answer. There is no penalty for leaving questions unanswered.

Educational Qualification & Age Limit for SBI PO 2017

To apply for a SBI Clerk PO post, candidate must have a graduate (Bachelor) degree i.e. B.E. /B. Tech./M.E./ M. Tech/ MCA/ MBA/ M.Sc. (IT) in relevant principle with a good academic record from a government recognized university or Institute. For SBI PO post aspirants must have an age limit between 21 years to 30 years. There are some age relaxation are also available for SC/ST category candidates.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern for SBI PO 2017
·         Step 1: Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) (100 Marks)
·         Step 2: Main Examination (Objective Type – 200 Marks) (Descriptive Type – 50 Marks)
·         Step 3: Group Discussion & Interview (50 Marks)


SBI PO Exam Pattern 2017
For Preliminary Examination: This exam has only objective type questions with total of 100 Marks and this will be conduct online mode. This test has three sections such as (1) English Language, (2) Quantitative Aptitude and (3) Reasoning Ability. Total time duration of this exam would be 60 minutes i.e. 1 Hour

For Main Examination: main exam consist both Objective & Descriptive type questions and this exam conduct via online mode only. There are total numbers of marks are 250 in main Examination. This exam has four subjects or sections which are (1) Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, (2) Data Analysis and Interpretation, (3) General Economics & Banking Awareness (4) English Language. Time duration of this Main Exam would be 3 hours.
Group Discussion & Interview: candidates who successfully qualified Preliminary Examination & Main Examination will be called for this round which is Group Discussion & Interview.
Note: there will be negative marking are applicable for wrong answers (only in objective type questions).
